We accept Etsy Gift Cards as well as all major credit cards and PayPal through our Etsy Shop!
Orders cannot be cancelled once an order has entered production due to the custom nature of our work. Please send a Convo to see if it is possible to cancel your order.
It is the Buyer's responsibility to provide a valid shipping address that is safe and secure against theft and protected from the elements. If you need to change the shipping address before the item has shipped, please send me a Convo with the new address. Address changes cannot be accommodated after an item has shipped.
PROCESSING & PRODUCTION TIMELINE
Standard processing times are 3-5 business days. Additional processing time may be necessary if any of the following conditions are met: you are requesting a custom order, custom colors/textures not available from the standard Rhys & Ryn charts, orders requiring proofs. Sometimes, additional time may also be unavoidable if our kids our sick, etc, but we’ll do our best to communicate any delays to you.
All artwork is packaged in either a flat rigid mailer or a mailing tube to ensure your print arrives safely.
Packages are shipped via First Class Mail by USPS. Packages usually take 3-5 business days to arrive once the reach the post office but there is no guaranteed delivery time.
International orders can take 2-6 weeks to arrive. Local customs and delivery issues/slow-downs may add more time. A customs fee may be levied in your country, which you, the Buyer is responsible for. The amount of this fee varies from country to country so please check with your local customs office. International orders do not include tracking. Orders cannot be marked as gifts.
PACKAGE LATE OR MISSING?
USPS Domestic - If your tracking shows delivered and it has been more than 14 days since 'delivered' date please contact your local post office and they will get in touch with your local carrier for details and to locate your package.
International Orders - If your international order is late - Please allow 30 days from dispatch date and contact me via Convo.
Replacement of lost packages is handled only after postal claims are resolved with carrier.
All orders are shipped without insurance. If you wish to insure your order send me a Convo and I will get you a quote.
All orders are bound by the terms outlined here in the shop policies.
We hope that you will be "over the moon" satisfied with the print you receive from us, but if you aren't, please send us a Convo, and we will do our best to come to a mutually agreeable solution.
I want all my customers to be happy and to love their purchase. If you are not happy with your purchase for any reason contact me within 5 days of receiving the item.
Please note that I am unable to take returns for change of mind on custom items (including custom colors choices).
Shipping is not refunded.
